6.PCB shippment?
   This is depend on customer,sometimes we ship through our forwarder, who is also the agency of DHL, TNT,UPS, Fedex, and so on. Our forwarder can provide too much lower freight cost than we get directly from those express enterprise.

   Our ability is average 40,000square meters per month.

9.Can you design gerber file?
   We can design gerber file ifcustomer can provide us schematic, schematic sample can also be provided ifcustomer want.

10.What kind of PCB file format can you acceptfor production? What CAM software do you use?
    We accept Gerber file for the PCB format. We use CAM350 software.

11.Will you allow me to put several part numbertogether into one panel?
     Yes, this is usuallyhappen in our factory, this way can help customers reduce some cost and to acertain degree, it can help reduce some assembly cost.

12.What material brand you use for your PCB?
     KB, SL, NANYA, TACONIC,ROGERS and so on.

13.What is your minimum order quantity?
 MOQ is5pcs , prototype, medium volume and large volume are all acceptable.

15.Are my design files safe when I submit themto you for manufacturing?
    Any customer’s file will beprotected very well here in we factory and not let any third party know. We cansign NDA with you.

16.What is the largest PCB size you canfabricate?
     27”*20”(686*508mm)

17) How can I save money when I create a new design?    

A. It's called DFM - Design for manufacturability. This consideration indesigning the artwork will save money over and over again during themanufacturer of the bare boards and the assembly of these boards. Contact usfor detail.     

18) How long will it take to get a quote?     

A. Once we have received the above information, we can usually reply to aquote within 48 hours or less.     

19) Can you perform an electrical test on our boards and if so,how is this done?     

A. We prefer to test your boards but this is an optional process requiringa test fixture charge. You will not pay for this fixture again if the boarddoes not change. The test is a bed of nails netlist test for opens and shortsbased on the nets extracted from the Gerber files supplied for the fabrication.Once tested, the boards have been verified to match the Gerber files 100%against opens or shorts.
